Have you double checked your details?

If there is an error and you can change it, get in touch. I tried everyway I could see and it wouldn't change (another computer dunce moment I suppose).

Ok - I did it - I purchased a T-shirt - HERNE on the sleeve aka the 'sonic' font - blade runner style! I paid by Paypal - is it me or does everything go german - I ended up pauing in euros? Does that mean the T-shirt is coming from abroad? There won't be any kinds of problem with imports will there? - now I'm really confused!

They're a German company, but I never saw anything about Euros when ordering mine. Did this happen at the Paypal stage? No problems with imports as VAT is already included in the price.

hehe some of the details switch to German words near the end of the process ("Shwarz" (sp?) = "Black" etc).

i tried to pay for Ben's shirt using Paypal, but it wouldnt go through (something to do with Kate's credit card we have attached to our paypal acc not like currency conversions or something), so i just put it on my card instead.

hopfully the first ones we ordered should be here soon - i will post when they arrive. :)

I got a response:

Many thanks for your email.

Unfortunately, your order has been cancelled as your payment was not authorised by our payment processor.

You can try placing your order again making sure that all relevant data (Billing address etc) is entered correctly.

Or you may like to try again to place your order but with a different payment method or credit card used.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Kind regards

This might be a paypal problem. I will try again!

*Edit* Voided again!!

*edit again* Forced to use credit card. Seems to be okay...

Our T-shirts arrived today and Choral and I tried them on!

WOAH they are really good! We got the sizes about right and the logo on the front looks amazing. The URL and lettering on the sleeves also looks really good, nice quality material also!

What?? But I ordered before you! Dammit, I want my T-shirts NOW!!! :banghead

Glad to hear they're good, I've been sat here hoping they wouldn't be crap.

I just hope I didn't order a size too small. I've recently had M tops from Asda and they fit great, but after ordering two M T shirts I realised that all my other T shirts are L, and I hope these ones are a "large" M or I'm going to have to order a couple more ...

I'm only little though. ;) Although I can't get into most of my jeans any more as my waist is closer to 34" now rather than the 32" I was a couple of years ago.

Doh! Missed that. Just compared to one of my new tops from Asda and the measurements match, so I should be ok :)

PM's

Postby Herne » Fri Jul 18, 2008 10:53 pm

Spack - nothing to do with this thread - but are you getting PM's? I've sent you a couple now and not had a response?! Is there something wrong or are you just not speaking to me?
