Are we talking pink battle sisters here?

AsI recall, the canonness had a pink feather boa, that Liberace would die for...
(Ruffian4/Martin, purple gas mask guard). :D

TW, when someone turns up with a "Hello Kitty" sticker on their army case, and then proceeds to pull out a pink and purple Immolator, you know you're in for a fight ... :P

Which is true as they got to the "final", and that was one hell of a fight :)

Hi Kelvin. Welcome to the site. Next meet up is August (its on the events forum already i think) so hope u can make it again.

Wicked meetup in general. Thanks to all attendees, and especially Matt once again for all the hard work.

Tim, better luck next time, hopefully you will bring something worth fighting lmao (j/k) ;)

If anyone gets to game against Kelvin, I recommend it - top bloke!

Fantastic weekend lads - really enjoyed it. (Even when I thought King and Si were going to kill each other in front of me...... I'm gonna take more Valks next time to see if I can finally push them over the edge   ) Our multi guard vs demons game was great fun.

Nice to see some old faces from the site and get to know some others better! Thanks again to MattJ for doing the donkey work on hotels / thread management etc.

Hope I can make the August bash as the gaming and camaraderie is so good! :-)

That last game on the Sat tourney was fantastic - possibly the most desparate and frought last turn of a game I've ever played - I don't think I've come back from being 6 KP's down to being only 1 behind in a single turn ever! Nige and Phil made the game great and my gaming partner Andy was a gent and a pleasure to game with for the day - cheers stunty!

I think I got a pic of that.
First off Awesome traders/donors  8)

Skywalker- King didn't want a nice pint so he had a ridiculously quadruple barrel named coffee (pink umbrella upgrade available)- which he shall pass on to you at some stage.
Matt(gilbert)-Gave me the world and it fitted in my boot.
Jon (Wolflord)- Gave me shome soulder pads.:D
Spack- Flame on!!
Anon (Ruffian/Jubelex)- ork bits nurgle, for vehicle and khorne

Hours spent finally recovering enough to deliberately build a fluffy bound middle tier army again 2 years..
Time spent building fluffy middle tier army 3 months and counting..
Money (well not much, I'm a weasel say about £40)
The look on my face when I started sad pandering all over the place after being wiped out in 3 games, losing a 4th,drawing one with a lone marine (ala opening sequence of dawn of war) and only drawing one decently.....Priceless? (certainly loud and expressive)

Total money spent on weekend £5.50 (plus about £2 diesel)-cheapest fun this side of thailand
Time spent watching everyone elses stuff 2.5-3 hours..
kids shouted at- 3 (inc one who just walked up to typhus' defiler picked it up and turned around to show his mates..)
Games played= 6
Rolls won on who gets to choose who goes first =0
Armies I faced that sat completely in reserve or dawn of war, or demons and came on after I did=4+
Won/Lost/Draw= 0/4/2 (shocker)
Time spent by Poor GW events manager listening to my rant (in total) for 25 minutes. (bless he was kind)
Still loads of fun, just need more sleep before and during next time.

Battle break down and pics to follow, now its all back up. Should be up by tomorrow morning.
Barely even lurking..

I get to game against him some weeks, as he's in the same gaming club as myself. I'm hoping I can come down in August, work willing.

The pleasure was all mine, to play in my first tournament with a group of such good sports.... to battle... to learn.... to contend..... and end with a hand shake is how the game should be played... it really upsets me to see grown men lambasting young children over rules and cheering like they have scored a goal at Wembely when they beat an elven year old boy. You blokes have got it right even down to the quality of gaming figures.... I would love to come to another event and hope I can contribute to the forum
Ps would you please send me your army list so I can replecate the KIDZ with GUNZ force?
