Well, erm, actually I didn't magnetize the cyclone! I couldn't get it to fit right, so I just went back and filled in the mistakes and finished up 2 termines fitted up with cyclones. So up to now I have;
4 termies with stormbolter and fist
1 sergeant with bolter and powersword
2 termies with bolter, fist and cyclone
5 termies that can be changed out from bolter/fist combo to lightning claw combo

12 terminator models altogether

Lets see if I get this right:

The epicast pod needs more work. The green base is so I can get using it straight away, but will change. The problem is the fluid sacs that cushion the pod as it lands. I was going to do them red, with red fluid splurging out, but I thought it too much for the model, so I did them the same green as the normal flesh. I'll use some washes to show splurge stuff, but I'm not sure what colours.

Well the qaurter 2 project has gone out the window but now it is (hopefully) back on track. The blood angel army has also changed, now it is a death company army (because real men don't need to be scoring).
"Crom, i've never prayed to you before, i have no tongue for it.
No-one, not even you, will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought and why we died.
All that matters is that two stood against many, thats whats important.
Valor pleases you lord Crom so grant me one thing, grant me revenge.
And if you do not listen....then to hell with you!"

After what seems like weeks of sitting on the shelf black-undercoated, the bikes and the paints finally came out last night and work got underway.

Hopefully I can finish them off before the end of the month. Marine characters and the AoS unit from my Q2 list will have to slip to Q3.

I'm toying with the idea of getting enough scouts to field an all-scout force 8O

Its really pants .. (just so you know) in 4th it could be done..but with the current smurf (and smurf alike codexs)
Even if its a shrikewing with heavy weight on scouts its pants...

Best almost pure (off top of head) i could field would be something like the chapter approved kroot list.

Shrike-195
2x 5 scouts (CCW blade+ shotgun fist) in heavy flamer storm=320
1x 5 scouts CCW blade fist (overtly benefit from shrikemidfield either CCWs or shotguns ablatives for him to jump and hackk too)=100
1x10 scouts with cloaks sniper rifles,1 missile launcher and telion (rear guard baby sit the thunderfires).=227
1x5 scouts with cloaks in missile (can afford to go to ground if shot..objective holders)..-100
(because you have them-) 5 scout bikers 3 grenades, mines, fist= 195 (do their thing before the storms..keeps enemy spread out..out of cover and everything but a landraider needs to hide its arse)

takes you up to 1137points you've used all your fast attack(no assualt marine bodyguard for our boy edward scissor hands), most troops and have no melta.
So to keep with vague fluff maybe 2 thunderfires and a drop poding melta flamer dread- about 1500 (and poo although will pwnzer a few types of list)
Barely even lurking..

I've not looked at actual lists yet but I don't care if it's pants! It's the thought of doing it which appeals to me :D

Damn! Struggling to get ANYTHING done at the moment. My life is a long tirade of work all day, write reports and mark exam papers all night! Beginning to panic I won't get comp entries done B4 August! This is putting me in a GRUMP! *Humph!!* :-(

EDIT:
Ok - managed to squeeze in a couple of test paints for my deathguard. (See thread)
