These are the things that family traditions are made of!
Here's hoping
his son carries on the family tradition!
Here in the states, it's 10:45 PM, kids are in bed, the Wiglia dinner is done, And Santa has delivered his presents!
(We're a Polish family, this is the most important night of the year for us. Google 'Wiglia' or email if interested
)
It has been a great Christmas Eve, good food, good drink, family gathered at the table and good wishes all around.
So here I am with my last Irish Mist of the day, finally able to sit and relax for a bit before heading off to bed.
I know on this site, there are many religions and many beliefs, but we transcend all of those in friendship.
I am thankful to have met you all, and know that though in the future there is only war,
this night, at least, let there be peace on earth!
From my house to yours, all the best this holiday season!
Cheers Mates!
