I'd like to play all 3 systems but that would be too much in one weend.
So if we are playing tourneys, FoW on the Saturday and KoW on the Sunday.

What are we thinking - 3 game tourney each day?
FoW 1750pts Late War - KoW 1500pts?
I'll volunteer to help on the FoW tourney.

Yeah 1500 for KoW I reckon. It's fast so 4 games is not unreasonable.

If 1 whole day Matts lot, kings lot and most other individuals are playing a game we don't have the scale minis for or the inclination to play, and the other your all playing a fantasy game I've been trying (and failing) to get my lot to play for a year or so now... ..so we just end up playing in-group I'm guessing we'll be a no show.
(I may be able to get LH to learn a little about KOW but we will be proxy heavy suxxors at best)
Of brummy contingent attending what are their intentions/block vote?

I'll probably have at least 1 spare KoW army.

But you're right. 40K is the common denominator amonst us all so at least 1 day should be set aside for that.

40k is a must surely? I can't imagine not ever having that as our main event. :/

As for the 2nd game we and daboss' lot play fow so surely we can get a few doubles games in there fir a friendly knockout or something.

How about:
Saturday - WH40K Tournament - 3 Games (might even slip in an evening game of something)
Sunday - a mix of FoW, KoW and WH40K games depending on peoples taste.
For me, I could see a game of FoW (2-3hrs) and a couple KoW games (1-2hrs) each.

Seems there's another event on at Maelstrom that weekend, although the event calendar hasn't been updated for a while so there's no mention of AoS on there yet.

Yea when i booked i was told there was another event that weekend. I forget how many places i booked but if we are going to exceed that number we need to know sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment if we cant have more tables

I dunno I posted it somewhere tho lol

*edit

Found it
We would be delighted for you to hold your event here, and yes I can offer space for 20-30 players on the weekend in question.
There is no charge for hire of the gaming room, tables or terrain. food is £7.50 per head per day for the buffet lunch (which has proven to be the tournament favourite). The buffet content varies throughout the year so we will have to talk about that nearer the time, but it is good wholesome food, good quality and plentiful. We would need final numbers a week before.
