I has no internet, I'm heading out east cos I heard they had some californiy way..
But in the meantime (whilst I'm sharing some guys mifi from his phone in the library...god how tragic) have some WIP.

My home internet is broken and at 0.2mb and dropping left right and centre.. orange may get back to me in a fortnight.

LH told me I had to finally put together my riflemen..so I mashed up 3 out of existing stuff

Oddly enough I had a dream last night I found heroquest and space crusade games unopened in a shop for £21.99 each.

Lets see in the day of our lord sometime after the mayan apocolypse, dusts off the gathered ash, tears down the rotten curtains ,knocks the larger spiders from the table.

Ok so I just did a bunch of heroquest stuff last week
ImageImage
..wooo and I’m trtying to keep momentum going so I’m carrying on with undead, both for my bloodbowl team and my cultists.. I have been using brettonians and or skaven.. but meh you can never have too many disposable heroes, so what the fudge..Pics

I started by seeing what I could kitbash together, beyond the normal options for the cheap KOW undead set, Me and james decided I’d made Orko, (orko for those who forget )
Next up a wall of undercoat.... Oh and I totally redid the first post of this thread with more indexness and goodness to find stuff to do with me on this website.

It's good to keep that momentum going KMB. Doing good so far. And there is nothing wrong with using vehicle missile launchers, I have a bunch in my bits box that will getting used at some point.

Next up the cultist skelly bobs, who have now had all basic colouring done and are just drying before being inked..
First 2 are WIP stages, last is all the colour stuck on.. (the ones on the left will have their weapons added just before inking)

Oh also.. ninja photo tip for taking pictures with your phone.. a bit of bogroll over the flash is awesome difuser (hence all the recent pics lookiing more epic than my normal tosh)

One squad of cultists led by their leader/necromancer..job done.. (click pic to see in a bit more detail), I've gone back 7 pages and read the stuff about how to do bases...should I ?? can I be bothered???

What next? I now have wooden straw to try to do a ruffian,
If my skaven are my nurgle..
My skeletons are my tzeentch.
What are my slanessh? I had led single pose brettonians- not a great fit.
I have a sack full of single pose old skool fantasy chaos lords.. (/bloodletters)..
What is cheap substitute sexdrugs demons?? a kindersurprise toy version of the rolling stones or something??

Excellent work. See what happens when you find a fast, effective technique? You paint more in two weeks then you've done in two years :p

Keep it up :D
