Lightning claw rules

Hello I would just like to thank stryder for making and allowing me to use his chaos marines
And I was just wondering in the rule book it lists that a single lightning claw allows re-rolls on hits but does a pair of lightning claws allow re-rolls of hits and wounds I couldn't find it in the rule book

A single LC doesnt allow rerolls to hit. They do allow allow rerolls to wound, either single or a pair.

Full list is ready it was very hard to balance it but i think i pulled it off....using all the models i have except for 4 possesed Abaddon and a sorceror in terminator armour

Give a man an answer an he'll know the answer,teach a guy to fish he'll hit you with the fish and be able to find his own answers. :D

p60 what a lightning claw is.

p41 in 6th lightning claws reroll is the "shred" rule which can be found here (its rerolls to wound as bane says).

p42 specialist weapon-
now this is the bit where they do what baragash wants and end up with something ultimately super headachey..create a general rule without exceptions to remove subclauses..and end up with a lightning claw being better if your struggling to lift a thunderhammer with your other hand (it used to require a pair of the same item to unlock +1 for 2ccws..now its just AN other specialist weapon).Basically you just buy the second as the only way to add an close combat attack.

I hope you don't mind harbo.. but it doesn't appear your actually arranging a game, so I'm going to ditch that bit of your title.. then it being just about rules..I'm going to epically fail to move it to the rules forum.[HAY!! :D ..first successful move.. anyone up for a high 5 or y'all leaving me hanging?]

Exactly like kmb regarding specialist weps they dont have to be the same type but they have to have that rule (so for example a L.C and a power fist gives you that extra attack) but am i right in assuming you can only use one rule if thats the case per melee (L.C one round P.F next round)?

As you say, p51 bottom left hand corner .. you can only use the special rules of one special weapon at a time (you don't get all the benefits of a thunderhammer and a lightning claw put together you choose one)..there was some kind of silly raw crazyness when 6th came out to do with this.. but I can't remember the argument.

I think people were trying to combine strs with no weakness i.e the aforementioned lc with ap 2 or double str because of pf
