Jesus h wept! Buddy that's awesome for u, but god some people r nuts! Don't get me wrong -awesome paint job as ever! Much respect! But what is driving people to pay so much for painted or unusual gw on flea-bay! Today I saw a pre release of forge worlds latest heresy book at 46bids and a rate of £170!!! Fw release in a week or 2 for an already exorbitant £70 as it is, why would u pay a ton more? I just don't get people sometimes....

Fair snuff - it's a drop in the ocean compared to the full Titan price. Only worth worrying about against small priced items. Good luck with it. :)

Hunter, how many hours went into that knight? Total assembly and painting.

3 Weeks from start to finish at about 5hrs a Day.

There all Bloody mad. £300 its ludicrous. Not going to spend it till they have the model.
and do not wine about any thing. That sort of money being spent they must have some mental expectation.

God help me.

So, depending on if you include weekends or not that is anywhere from 75 hours to as much as 105 hours. at a total of £300. That means minus the cost of model(£85), net is £215.

£215/75 hours = £2.86 per hour??
£215/105 hours = £2.14 per hour??

While I agree that the amount spent is a bit crazy on the surface, given the hours you are indicating you spent, honestly I don't think they paid you enough.

I was thinking the same thing!

A normal work day of 8 hours would net £17.12 for a weekly (5 day) salary of £85.60 which is not really enough to live on, is it?

It's never going to be a job that pays and can only realistically supliment your own hobby fund. I've often thought about getting into terrain building. I'm not sure if I'd be happy with the hassle for such little money per hour.
What, no image sigs!
