I know most things now.. only things remaining are
A) How many are you getting, are you going to run out like space hulk, or is it like aobr they'll just have a bit of a time dip on restocking.

C) If a dark eldar wych lord travelling from london fires the new dark lance at an obscured landraider that left sheffield at 12.05, will the vehicle be autopentrated?

Speaking from Sheffield... Yes he will be autopenetrated as he passes Northampton.

Thats sorts that out then

Standing orders now explicitly forbid Land Raider crews from driving within 20 miles of Northampton

Regarding the box set

Are the plastics snap-crap together or of the same quality as the standard kits?

The GW review said the models were snap together but said they were of high quality (whatever that means).

£60 RRP, £51 from AOS if not spending over 100, less (I hope) if like bane your buying up there entire allocation :D)
From here http://www.gamingfigures.com/viewProducts.asp?cat=111 (but general knowledge for yonks)

But save some of that sweet cheddar for mr squig, he's going up when Mr6 returns from vac'ance.

I've got to say I quite like the click-crap, with orks they could have other bits and bobs stuck on them fairly easy,I'd imagine that the plague monk bits and bobs I have kicking around can be stuck on the infantry without bother...the only nagging doubt is if they've changed some pivotal socket on a large object.. in AOBR this was the dread a) radius of shoulder socker different to the 2 existing radius' so other arms needing tweaking b) obvious due to mould it was very hard to do anything with the legs as the torso was made integral rather than above the hips. Here king won't have half a clue..and we won't find out until we start trying to mix and match our specific bits.

I went into GW Milton Keynes last Friday and saw all the models. As a Skaven player, my only issue was shields on the clanrats being part of the model and not an option. Otherwise, just like the clan rat regiment set (weapon arm clicks on). The command models are nice enough.

Nige - save 2 copies of IoB for me and Sami!

Orders can now be placed for IoB via the site as normal ;)

Yes all models are click click, but are great quality, and the detail is there, even if a little repetative in the rank and file troops, not unlike the SM in AoBR. The SM i got I added knives and back pack details to them and use them in amongst my 'normal' SM models. They fit right in without issue.
