894 points minimum by my reckoning going off what you said and then assuming you went for full command on the Grave Guard.

to then make the Lord worthwhile by giving him MotBA to grant more PD and giving him Dark Acolyte and upping his magic level enough to make him able to increase the ghouls - and also changing flayed hauberk to Walach's Bloody Hauberk to give him a ward save of 5+ ( because your equipment doesn't grant a ward save to my knowledge, just regenerate) takes it up to 1044 points

so tbh i'd just save time and let me opponent have an extra 1k of troops if i were you
