600 points probably rules out warriors of chaos unless you go with marauders. VC might be your best bet at that limit. Why not 1000 points? - all 3 choices would be viable then I think.

600 points is a strange point cost but I think you could do a army for each, here are some I quickly made

Warriors of Chaos

Exalted hero with shield
19 marauders, shields, light armour and full command
20 marauders, shields, light armour and full command
5 marauder horsemen, light armour, flails and musician
5 marauder horsemen, light armour, flails and musician
6 warhounds

Vampire Counts

Vampire, avatar of death, summon ghouls
19 ghouls, ghast
20 zombies
20 zombies
5 black knights, barding

Daemons

Herald of Slaanesh, Lv1 wizard
14 daemonettes, full command
10 deamonettes
5 seekers, standard and musician

I might have enough models left to sell you the marauder army Ogregut just listed. I will check tonight!

Possibly have some for undead too!

For very small armies I think Undead is the way to go. you can always bolster your force by raising dead, and you know they are going to stick around for awhile.
