This is why my thoughts are at min.

No 1 choice. Infinity. Best models best rules sci fi setting No one plays it in area.

No 2 choice DZC. Good rules, some nice models some not nice, no one range has a legal army worth of models I would choose to buy, PHR flyers and DS nice, but that means I have to take the walkers which I don't like. Some people play it.

No 3 Bolt Action. OK models, 40k esk rules so each to pick up but not much of a change. Lots of people play it.

Extra. Xwing. Good models, painted. Low model count. Don't know how supported it is in area. Might pick this up with one from above if it has players.

There are a large number of X wing Players at the club mate.
We havent had a game in a long while though as other games get priority (Bolt Action at the moment)
Im planning a Bolt Action tournament and a 40k Planetary Empires Campaign to help me learn the 40K rules again so I can support the club members a little better.
Ive looked at Infinity and tbh couldn't get my head round it. The Models are wonderfull but like Malifaux they are wonderfull because someone else has painted them, I think they are outside my skill set which is what puts me off.

UCM is what got me into the game, i think the tank designs are very nice, and the wolverine scout car, I must admit that when I started collecting I thought that the other factiosn looked wierd but its suprising how they grow on you, even those odd looking Shaltari things look Ok with a lick of paint and a good wash.

Timewizard and Cain - whats the weather like were you are? Id happily swap places for a sunny day and a better job

Dunno about Cain, but over here in the states it's finally getting to be spring. Right now (10:27 AM) its 51° (11c) and bright sunshine, hardly a cloud in the sky!

You're more than welcome to come here, though learning the language might give you fits! :D

Well statistically cgra, I live in the part of the uk with highest unemployment rate and the lowest average pay. And I've been trying to get a job for 3 years now >.< Barely any jobs advertised, and those that are have 600<1600 applicants every time.
Weather isn't too bad I guess though. It's been mostly dry last few weeks. It's starting to get sunnier and warmer.
