The heads got here even with the calamities of snow, I knocked together some mock ups, these won't be the final torso but gives you an idea of scale and detail. Apologies for the poor pictures, the Iphone is no comparison to an DSLR but that's off limits

The 'beak' holes are for tubing that will be added later. The third picture is the covered variant. For the purpose of explantion, the first two pictures are using the maxmini combat torso and legs, the third is a cadian torso with FW renegade arms.
