This thread will hold all the details for the November 2011 event at Maelstrom. Please only post non-gaming event discuss details here and to confirm your attendance (stating which days you are coming and also if you want to have the buffet lunch each day).

Maelstrom can provide lunch for a small cost (see below). This is optional, you can sort yourself out for food if you prefer

*WE NEED TO MAKE SURE WE ARE ADDED IN NOVEMBER* Stunty spoke to them and they said they "can offer space for 20-30 players on the weekend in question and would need confirmation of number 1 week in advvance".

Food is £7.50 per head per day for the buffet lunch. The buffet content varies throughout the year.

Out of interest - its Boro vs Watford Sat night, 17:20. Safe to assume its on TV - will there be a TV & Bar at venue, or nearby??

So just to clarify... are we booked in? If there's another event there as well then we're keen to get our hotel sorted fairly soon, but likewise I don't want to book without confirmation
