TW, exactly. 40K has got progressively more broken, same as WHFB. I think WHFB hit it's peak at 6th ed, that version was just about right. Berger, I agree that is a massive price tag, that kind of cash will buy you two complete 1500 pt DzC armies and the rules as well! When I see things like that it just reinforces my decision to give GW the elbow. It is a nice model though.

I get that it is just an example but why put it on there if you can't actually make that army? I've been through the army book again and the only list I have found that allows you to take two mortars is the Market Garden list which you can't make with the 1000 pt box set.
