Unfortunately, many rules discussions on some of the forums degenerate into posters running circles around each other with no answer ever being reached. I guess some folks just can't take no for an answer (as in, "No, you can't do that, the rules don't allow it.") and figure they can wear you down b...

Where does it say they can't?

Here's another interesting argument that degenerated into a p&$*%ing match on Warseer. http://warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114075 What's your take on this? I'm just amazed that some people can't grasp the fact that just because the rules say you can not do something doesn't mean you can !...

Woah! just previewed the post and saw the size of the image! Hope it's not too big.

I don't know what I got (strike or warning) but I got something for saying prick. As in, I wouldn't do X because I am not a prick. I still have the points (15) until next year sometime. It's all in the usage. Goerge Carlin once said "Why is it okay to prick your finger, but not to finger your prick...

That makes more sense than some opinions I have read on 'other' forums. I thought it didn't seem right having a bunch of downed necrons lying around on the table waiting for a WBB roll. So in essence, at the start of the Necron turn, remove any models that don't qualify for WBB, then roll for whatev...

Well. this depends. The exact wording is that the damaged necron needs to be within 6" of a model of the same type to 'get' a WBB Assuming to special movement or DS units being added you would get 2 WBB rolls and 2 of the models would be removed as they are outside 6" range. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I agree that the number of people contributes to the same questions being asked again. I was trying to refer to the same posters bringing up the same arguments all over again.

of course, when nothing was good enough and/or people refused to search for and read previous threads, it could become tedious at times. ~ Tim I am still fairly new to 40K (though rather old to wargames, and I know this will prompt the inevitable "How old?" but...) and I too find many of the discus...
