Adepta Sororitas massive army

Postby WhiteWeaselStudio » Wed May 06, 2020 12:39 pm

Hi folks!

We keep fighting against the virus (and Nurgle) with fire and faith, as these Sisters of Battle will do in the battlefield once they are delivered to our customer. Yes! Our last project is this massive Adepta Sororitas army that we have painted at our level 3/5 in the classic order of the Martyred Lady scheme. There are however some changes, specially affecting to St Celestine. Gold is always nice but our customer wanted for her something more adapted to the army colours. We have tried to bring a grym darkness look using very extreme contrasts between the wings, the armour and the flaming sword. Of course without forgetting other important details such as the parchments or the glowing eyes.

You will also find all the characters released in the last Sisters of battle wave such as Junith Eruthia, a Hospitalier (one of favourite models of this army) and of course the Triumph of St. Katherine, an amazing diorama that along with Celestine are the only 2 miniatures painted at our level 4/5 of this order.
