so a little update on the corsairs

test paint scheme, need to think about what i am going to do for a base still mind you and might add some more details. mainly i have gone for the same colors as my craftworld eldar so i can mix and match tanks to save money and time and i have gone for a gold visor like on an astronaut to protect from sun glare and weapon flash while giving good unrestricted vision :)

and work on the heavy weapons squads are is progress

That blue and gold scheme is really effective, and the red lower wings make a nice contrast. How do they look next to your existing figures?

thanks chaps :) always good to know my hard work is appreciated :)
i originally did the wings as a much lighter blue but that was just to much blue so went for the red like i did on my autarch. along with the gold gives it a bit of warmth to what would otherwise be a rather cold feeling paint scheme.

Dan, i think he fits in well with the main craftworld eldar and have taken some photos for you to see :).
he dose need some more work mind you as the corsairs are a little bland but i can think about that.
also need to work on the base but i have a plan for some spaceship decking effect using a home made textured roller.

Those do fit nicely, without the red accents it would have been a little too blue. They'll look great on the battlefield.

I'll look at posting up an interest topic when I get chance. I haven't touched any gaming stuff since the last meetup, but I can always bring along Monopoly :)
