My objectives are:

1. Get storage (I hate having to "waste" money on storage but it's critical now)
2. Paint up my undead army (or the bulk of it)

storage is becoming a massive issue for me atm, gonna go for the K&R card ones i reckon! also maybe invest in the big metal case later on as my models get destroyed by frequent flying to and from the UK to germany and Gibraltar!

Yeah Storage is an issue for me as well - knackered all 3 Preds during the March raid to Nottingham!!!

I would like to get one case for each of the Guard and Space wolves - perhaps a wheeled suitcase thing - any advice?

This quarter, finish off the terrain repaint, put together a couple of new terrain bits, carry on with the miscellaneous models.

KR cases are good as long as U arent doing too much travelling about. Soft sides of the cases, even with their excellent foam, can still lead to breaks. I've got several for storing the many armies I can't seem to get myself to sell.....

I like to get the following done for my BA.

10 man Assault Squad
3rd Rhino
2nd Stormraven

Colour donates progress.
Hopefully I'll get more done. But really don't know. The 1st custom SR took over a month on its own.

Well for me it'll be finishing off my HE, got 15 Sea Guard, a chariot, 5 Dragon Princes, 10 Silver Helms, 2 bolt throwers and the characters to do. Then I will finally have my first finished WH army.

Also I will paint up 6 Marines to leagalise the army. My SM army had gone through 3 Codexes virtually unchanged but the move having to have 10 Marines to be able to take special/heavy weapons with the last Codex screwed it up (yes it has taken me that long to get around to doing it!)

Finally if I can rescue the Tau models that (im)Purity Spray ruined then I will try and finish off my Tau army. Need to do 3 Crisis suits, 2 Devilfish, 2 FW Broadsides and a Hammerhead.

Probably being a bit optimistic (ok very optimistic) but I at least want to get the HE done.

Apply camoflage to IG vehicles
Get rest of IG infantry painted, based and varnished

Complete all the part done Space Wolves

Finish my scratch built hedges for FoW
Paint buildings for FoW

Oh and finish my FoW Fallschrimjager Army

Mine is going to be fairly dull, maintain an army for rapid response when people can make gaming.
Keep track of all the bxoes containing 40k spread amongst everyone elses houses. Sell house, buy house unpack.

Side line may get round to magnetising a few assault marines,may paint a few scouts.

I like the way they look, the blue is a nice change from the usual.

@TW: yes it will fit with the new nid base scheme, and my guard, plus the grey knights when i get round to it. It will also fit with necromunda. Anyhow, so more stuff: BFM plastic spore mines (sporting the new nid base colours) and the two FW hive tyrants. The standing tyrant has magnetised arms, but the winged one sadly had to be pinned and glued.

Got a stack of Trenches (plastic moulded hex stuff for 25/28mm) to paint + 1/4 million wooden stirrers for Duck boards and OH cover/trench crossing bridges etc.

Thinking off just getting some brown spray from Halford/B&Q - any advice on Trenches?

Get really good waterproof boots - trenchfoot is a nightmare! :wink:

I'd advise a mixture of sprays, including some light coats of red underneath the browns. Get a mottled look. Drybrush with dusty browns on top edges, then use water effects in the bottom parts of the trenches.

In no order:

Base my first Dev Squad
Finish up the Marines on the turntable (final details and basing) - thats 2 Tac Squads, 2 Term Squads and 2 Assault Squads
Make a start on the 2 Land Raiders
Assemble and Paint 2 Character Models that will remain secret until complete
Take some decent pics of the models that are finished - including the Huron that is now painted as a Chapter Master for Lis' Marines
maybe get chance to actually play a few games.

Then start adding to the list
