Superb work on the eflected light effect on the cockpit mort. I wouldn't worry too much about the slant - I always picture valks flying in at an angle anyway - nose slightly higher or lower than the plane of the horizon - dropping in for drop off / dust off. Great work o the scratch builds. ;-)

Just stumbled on this thread... Awesome stuff mate! Really is. If you had just shown me the finnished models, I'd have thought they were kits.

Plus you have helped me with a dilemma.. I'm planning to build a Thunderhawk soon out of cardboard (to lazy to use plasticard.. maybe later). And I've trying to think how to do the turbines. But I think I'll be using your method, thank you.
